Purpose of processing
Adding you to the waitlist for the BFSG Website-Check Kit and sending a single notification when access becomes available.
Data we collect
First name, last name, email address and your voluntary answers to the qualifying questions (role, interest, pricing preference).

Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Storage location and processors
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. Supabase (servers in the EU) acts as the technical backend processor.
Retention
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it or until the product is no longer marketed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time.
Tracking and cookies
We do not use any tracking and only set technically necessary cookies. Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
